Family-owned.
25 years.
iRestoration is a family restoration company based in Metro Detroit. For 25 years, homeowners, plumbers and real estate agents have trusted us with water, fire and mold damage, mostly by word of mouth.
Our founder still answers the phone himself, day or night. His son leads the work in the field. Both are IICRC-certified.
That is the whole idea: the people you speak with are the people who restore your home, and they stay with you until it is finished.
Answered
When you call, the owner picks up, at any hour. No call center, no voicemail maze.
Honest
We tell you what is damaged, what is not, and what your options are. Nothing is done without your approval.
Thorough
Dry means measured dry. Clean means the cause is fixed. We finish the job properly.
Whatever happened, call now.
You will speak with the owner, day or night. We will tell you what to do right now, and come out to assess the damage at no cost.
