Questions, answered.
Do you really answer at night?
Yes. Calls are answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and you speak with the owner, not a call center.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. We come out, assess the damage and explain what needs to be done at no cost.
Will my insurance cover it?
It depends on your policy and the cause. Sudden, accidental damage, like a burst pipe or a fire, is often covered. Gradual leaks and outside flooding often are not. Your insurer makes the final decision. We document everything and work directly with your adjuster.
Can I choose my own restoration company?
In most cases, yes. Your insurer may suggest a company, but the choice is usually yours. Check your policy, or call us and we will help you understand it.
How long does drying take?
Most water jobs take three to five days of drying. We take moisture readings daily and only finish when the materials are confirmed dry.
Can I stay in my home during the work?
Often, yes. It depends on the extent of the damage, which rooms are affected, and whether there are safety concerns like sewage or heavy mold. We will tell you honestly on the first visit.
Should I clean up mold myself?
Small spots on hard surfaces can usually be cleaned at home. For larger areas (the EPA uses roughly ten square feet as a guide), mold after sewage or flooding, or mold you can smell but not see, call a professional so spores are not spread.
Are you certified?
Yes. Our technicians are IICRC-certified, the industry standard for water, fire and mold restoration.
Do you handle the rebuild too?
Yes. We manage the full rebuild with trusted trade partners, so you have one point of contact from the first call to the finished room.
Still have a question? Call.
You will speak with the owner, day or night. We will tell you what to do right now, and come out to assess the damage at no cost.
