Your claim, handled with you.

An insurance claim is the last thing anyone wants to manage after a disaster. We work directly with your adjuster and keep you informed at every step.

  1. 01

Call us first, then your insurer

We can usually start protecting your home right away. Most policies expect you to prevent further damage, and that work is documented as part of the claim.

  2. 02

    We document everything

Photos, moisture readings, measurements and notes from the first visit, organized the way adjusters expect to see them.

  3. 03

    We meet your adjuster

We walk the damage with your adjuster and explain the scope of work, so nothing is missed.

  4. 04

    We keep the claim moving

If more damage is found during the work, we document it and send it to your insurer for approval.

  5. 05

    You approve the work

Nothing is done without your say. You will always know what is covered and what is not.

Good questions to ask your insurer.

  • Is sudden water damage covered, and is there a sewer backup endorsement?
  • What is my deductible?
  • Does my policy cover temporary housing if I need to leave home?
  • Is there a time limit for filing the claim?

Coverage depends on your policy, and your insurance company makes the final decision. We are a restoration company, not a public adjuster or a law firm. More answers in our FAQ.
